Last weekend, I had the privilege of traveling out of state to one of my absolute favorite places, Tennessee. From the moment I met them, I absolutely adored them. Their soft personalities, kind hearts, and genuine smiles have a way of lighting up every room they walk into. I had actually heard about Kyler for years while working as a therapist alongside his mom many years ago. Fast forward to today, and seeing the incredible young man he has become was such a full circle moment. To say I was honored to capture his wedding day would be an understatement.

Parker and Paige were married on Memorial Day at the beautiful Union 12, surrounded by sunshine, blue skies, and the most perfect spring weather. Their sophisticated black and white wedding style paired beautifully with the venue’s modern yet inviting atmosphere, creating such a timeless and elegant feel throughout the entire day.

Some couples just have that kind of magic. The kind where you don’t have to look hard to see it. It’s simply there in every glance, every smile, every quiet in between moment. You can see how deeply they love each other, but also how much they genuinely like each other. Their friendship, their compassion, their steady, unwavering care, it’s not something that comes and goes. With Evan and Kinsey, it’s constant. It’s who they are together.

This was my second to last winter wedding of the season, and Mother Nature made sure we didn’t forget it. We stepped outside for portraits determined to brave the cold, but with 0-degree temperatures working against us, it didn’t take long to realize it just wasn’t in our favor. Our fingers went from numb… to straight on fire in a matter of minutes. As much as I love a snowy winter backdrop, sometimes the best decision is knowing when to pivot. So we did.
