December weddings are truly magical.
There’s just something about winter décor, twinkling lights, and rich, cozy vibes that creates the most beautiful atmosphere. Of course, with winter weddings come a little bit of unpredictability. Will it be snow or rain? Frozen ground or muddy paths? You really never know what you’re going to get.
For Lydia and Kaiden, though, winter showed up in the best possible way. A fresh snowfall the day before their wedding left the most perfect white blanket, creating a stunning winter backdrop for their day. What we don’t need to talk about are the temperatures… because let’s just say -3 degrees is not exactly my favorite 😅.
But as always, my couple was absolutely amazing. Lydia and Kaiden were more than willing to brave the cold, step outside, and make the most of the moment to capture those memories. That kind of joy, trust, and willingness always makes the experience so worth it.
Union 12 was the perfect venue for their winter wedding, both indoors and out. The natural light pouring into the space was absolutely beautiful, and the large windows allowed the snowy winter scenery to become part of the celebration even while staying warm inside. It was the perfect blend of cozy and elegant.
Kaiden and Lydia, thank you so much for trusting me to be a part of your wedding day. Every detail was beautiful, your love was evident in every moment, and your day was nothing short of perfect. I’m so grateful I got to capture it all.
